BOARD DUTIES. 22 Sep 2011 Letter from Peter Harrison of Vial-Fotheringham outlining the duties of those serving on the Board of Directors of the Association, paid for by QVHA. Much of the information is from an article written by Mr. Harrison and posted on the Vial-Fotheringham website which is accessible to anyone at no cost. NO RESPONSE REQUIRED.

CREATING NEW RULES WITHOUT ASSOCIATION KNOWLEDGE 3 June 2016 (Witt) Letter sent to Board regarding compliance with Utah Code 57-8a-217 which outlines a state-mandated rule adoption process which the Board has ignored in regard to distributed new pool rules (May 26, 2016). NO RESPONSE
